How do I enter my engraving details?
Really easily actually!
COMPLETE your order, and an easy fill spreadsheet will be emailed to you in the form of a link.
Click this link, and the details of each trophy ordered will be shown. Just type Line 1, Line 2 etc for each trophy and you are done. If you dont know some of the names, dont panic. When you do know them later, click on this same link and everything you typed will still be right there waiting for you.
What are the lead times?
Super fast 7 working day turnaround, plus shipping.
We aim to get all our trophies out the door and on their way as soon as is possible, but where there is no immediate urgency on certain orders, others may be given priority in the queue. Rest assured yours will be on its way soon.
If you need it quicker we can definitely help, but please give us a call to confirm if the stock is available to fast-track your order.
What are the Artwork fees and requirements?
Generally we do NOT charge artwork fees for logos provided electronically as .jpg, .pdf, .ai etc for laser engraving. That said however, if the artwork supplied is too low resolution, a photograph, or a family crest that we need to spend a long time digitally redrawing we will charge an artwork fee of $33. Please note however that 95% of supplied modern logos incur no fees whatsoever.
Please see our Artwork Requirements page for full details of our preferred format of supplied logos etc.
We own all artwork that we have redrawn for all 'free engraving' purposes. If you would like a copy, you may need to purchase it. Please do not ask us to redraw copyrighted logos.
How do the Measurements work?
Basically the measurement supplied in the product description is the actual height, from the bottom of the base of the award/trophy to the uppermost top tip. Most of our measurements are in cm, and we have rounded up to the nearest cm. All trophy heights shown will be accurate to within the nearest 5mm.
Will Trophy Shop Australia price match a competitors quote?
Absolutely! You can shop in confidence knowing you are going to get the best deal with us. We will always beat any written competitor price for an identical product by 10%. Show us a competitors official quote in writing before placing the order and we will beat it by 10%. Its that easy!
What are the trophies made of? What is resin?
Resin is a dense, moulded plastic. It does not feel plastic, but feels and looks more ceramic in nature. Resin is hard, but can be broken if dropped from a height, and not easily glued back together. That said, it is definitely the most popular choice of material when it comes to trophy selection.
How can I pay for my order?
We have a variety of payment options, catering to suit the needs of any individual, club, or organisation. We currently accept cash, direct deposit, cheque, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Purchase Order. All our account details can be found at the time of placing your order, or on the supplied invoice.
I have a spelling mistake. How can I get this recified?
We are pretty good and our systems second to none, but... we are only human after all, and spelling mistakes do happen. We will immediately replace the engraved plate or complete trophy if applicable should we make an error of any sort, on a no quibble guaranteed policy.
Should the mistake be yours, we will be happy to rectify this at no charge in certain circumstances only & at our discretion. Should the award be glass or crystal, these mistakes can NOT be rectified, and a new award will need to be purchased. We simply cant change spelling on these, no matter how small, as they are permanently laser engraved.

Can I place my order, or supply engraving details by phone?
Unfortunately we can NOT accept any orders or engraving details over the phone. All orders are to be sent electronically by email, or placed online through our website.

This completely eradicates mistakes and allows for a smoother order process.

I received a broken / faulty product, what can I do?
Claims will only be excepted in written email format within 14 days of receiving the goods. Claims for products will only be excepted if there is a fault in the product supplied, or the wrong product has been supplied, or there was an error in the engraving. Change of mind can not be accepted as goods will have already been engraved. Photographic proof will need to be supplied in all cases please.
I have some changes to my engraving, what can I do?
It is no problem to change your engraving at any stage until you have received the engraving commenced email.

However, once we have sent this email (or your order has been updated to engraved on the system), you will need to pay for replacement plates for your trophies, or for the whole trophy in the case of glass / crystal awards. But don't worry, in the case of replacement trophy plates this is not an expensive exercise at all.

If you have already received your trophies, we are more than happy to post out the new plates, and the old ones simply peel off and the new ones stick on with their self-adhesive backing.

Can I bring in jewellery to be engraved?
We do NOT engrave rings of any sort. We can, at our discretion, accept certain pendants and FLAT items of jewellery to engrave. Please note however, that whilst every care is taken in the engraving of these items, we cannot be held accountable for any errors or issues that arise during the engraving process. We will not under any circumstances replace incorrectly engraved items, or items where something has gone wrong during the engraving process such as power failure. If in the rare instance an error is made, or something does go wrong, you will not be charged for any engraving work undertaken, and the item returned to you. If it is expensive or sentimental, please do not bring it in for engraving as we would prefer not to, just in case. Any jewellery provided to us is engraved completely at your risk.
